at first thought,being a customer service officer,

is not bad as a choice.

but that will have to exclude the complains

that we randomly received when an angry

customer called in.

as one of the supervisor ever mentioned,

being a call taker,is an ART.

it comes naturally if you are able to adapt in

any kind of enviroment.

i guess what she said is true.

seriously,an impromtu valid reason has to be made

to angry customers when they called in.

if that's not possible,

then one way out,

gripped your neck hard,and suffocate.

but as far as i'm concerned,work have been so far

awesome for me.

met quite alot of nutz people,who behaves exactly like me.....they are all very friendly and likeable. some of the customers who called in can make your day sometimes.

this happened when they have difficulties pronouncing the road names.

it could be 'Courts,Tampines' that they asked for,but

all i know,the pronounciation is nothing like it suppose to be.

weird stuff aye..........

results is nearing..........

sooner or later,the truth is yet to be reveal

and i think that sounds pretty awful to hear.

my blisters and migrane are worth the job that

CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER!!!!!!!

you know,this job,you got to sit on a comfortable chair,

have your own desk,condusive enviroment due to the

air-conditioner,sit in front of the computer,do typing(which i

consider my favourite),entertain calls from customer,

and basically thats just itt!!

the pay rate is also reasonble.....

overall,it's really a good choice.

and i really thank Allah s.w.t for helping me through

in times when im lost.

GOD is great they say...and i'll have to go

plenty of things took place this week.

how i wish the phone usb work perfectly so that

have yet to figure out the problem my usb cable faced.

today is an AWESOME,AWESOME dayyy!!

trust me,it was!

ok,plenty of things took place earlier today.

since my phone,which was originally boyfy's

phone could not function already,

we decided to hunt for a new phone

to replace the old dead one.

we went to singtel shop at amk hub.

i was very captivated by all the Zero dollar phones

that were displayed in that shop.

although they are of zero dollar,but the phones are

really good ones.

they are not those "pokai-pokai" type.

even the queue was freaking long.

so boyfy and me waited patiently to get our queue number

at the reception table.

slowly,we came to the finishing line...

ya,it was a race.

a race that made our heart beats faster.

cool huh?? ahaahks!

we was half through applying for boyfy's second line,

when suddenly,the receptionist told us that

it is impossible for him to apply a second line as

he's below the age of 21.

and that's totally unfair!

all the hopes and excitements fade off abrutly,at that point of time.

when our eyes meet

that's when we saw our teary eyes gazing

moment at each other.

the sound moments....

BUTBUTBUTTTTTT!!!!!!!!

boyfy's the fcuking best and he always do what

he is best at.

we came by starhub shop

and boyfy had his thinking cap on

and he goes, "eh! i can apply a line here!

he said that with full of live and hope in him.

it just made me smile to see my beloved ever so excited

finally,we got an LG touchscreen phone

which is also zero dollar.

boyfy took the simcard and i take the phone!!

not forgetting,boyfy made my mickey mouse walked too!!!

finally,down with only one paper.

the papers has been reasonable good so far.

i felt very happy plus a little anxious

after doing all the papers.

because i put in my very best for all of them

and it really gives me a sense of satisfaction

after having completed the papers.

anxious because.....

we'll never know the outcome of it.

but im pretty sure,if i did studied and

put in my best effort,

last night,i felt a little awkward about myself.

something went wrong somewhere.

it's like a machine breakdown in the factory.

that was how i felt when my body couldnt function properly.

it's more of my brain though.

i felt as if there were construction works going on in my head.

like,the effect of someone pilling your head,knocking it hard inside.

ya,that was the feeling i suffered.

recently also,dady has been suffering from fever,flu and cough.

sister got infected by it.

and now,i thank her for passing it down to me.

but mine is not as severe as the other two of my family members.

the only one standing strong is mumy.

in the morning today,sister and i went to clinic together to get ourselves checked.

and im complaining now,

that the service was not up to my expectations and wonder if the

measures of preventing influenza form spreading is working.

this is BECAUSE,

when sister and i checked our temperature before entering the clinic,sister

took a glanced at my temperature reading and

she said i was down with a slight fever.

but yet,

they handed me a green sticker which indicates that im "ok"

enough to be seating with other patients.

i did not take noticed of my sister's temperature.

did not get the chance too.

my sister was also given the green sticker.

so i bet that our conditions were not that bad.

we consultated different doctors.

i went in first.

1st: the doctor sounded like she just got up from bed.

2nd: she checked my eye

3rd: she did not check my temperature though i told her i had a fever

4th: can still asked me if i needed an mc JUST FOR TODAY!

last: she did a bad job! and i bet she's not a singaporean.

from the way she deliver her words,it's so clear that she's

just a PR. (permanent resident)

lets talk about my sister case now,

i told you that my sister got a green sticker which indicates that she's ok.

but when she had her temperatue taken again inside the room,

god damn it,it was 38.8!!!

now tell me,does she deserved a green sticker???!

sighs.

do you really think the measures taken will ensure to minimize the

spread of influenza?

dont ask me.

i am SO clueless and stunt.
